•  Put the diamond tool on holder, make the head face vertical to grinding wheel radial direction, the angle tween axial direction of diamond dresser and radial of grinder would better be 15 °.

•  the amount of feed per stroke is 0.02 -0.04mm , portrait speed should be even(auto-feed is better), we suggest 100 -500mm /min.

•  fix chill roller while dressing. Cool off suddenly is forbidden
